Invitation for a meeting on crimes motivated by prejudice

Welcome Point would like to invite you to a new online meeting on crimes motivated by prejudice, which will be led by the Association for Legal Intervention.
Programme of the meeting:
- Presentation (approx. 45 min)
- what kinds of behaviour are bias crimes
- when is the Police obliged to act?
- I fell victim to a crime – and what next?
- my rights and obligations as a victim
- Practical exercise on descriptions of specific behaviors: is this a crime? (20 min)
- Questions from participants (25 min)

FIRST CYCLE STUDIES (3-year Bachelor’s studies):
- The original of secondary school (maturity) certificate or another document entitling to undertake university-level study in country in which the document was issued

- National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao) results in case of Chinese candidates
- Eligibility statement (a document stating that the certificate mentioned in point 1 entitles the holder to undertake or continue university-level study in country in which it was issued. It is issued by the school or educational institution which issued the certificate mentioned in point 1 OR by educational authorities of the country which issued the certificate mentioned in point 1 or in which system of education the school operates) [sample form]
- English language certificate (B1 level or higher)
Candidates who do not hold any certificate are obligated to take part in the written and oral online test of English competency.
Candidates who submit a certificate are required to take part in oral exam.

SECOND CYCLE STUDIES (2-year Master’s studies) or LONG CYCLE STUDIES (5-year Master’s studies):
- The original of the higher education diploma (MA, BA, engineer diploma or equivalent), entitling to continue university-level study in country in which the document was issued
